Factory Certified AC Maintenance in Sydney
Your Trusted Partner for Optimal Performance
AC unit repairs usually involve fixing specific components like refrigerant leaks, faulty fans, or electrical issues, which restore functionality without replacing the entire system. Repairs are often more cost-effective and suitable for units that are relatively new or have minor issues. On the other hand, replacing an AC unit is necessary when the system is outdated, inefficient, or suffers from major failures like a damaged compressor or irreparable refrigerant leaks. Replacements typically involve installing a new, more energy-efficient unit, which can provide long-term cost savings and improved performance.
The Importance of Regular AC Maintenance
Protect Your Investment
Air conditioning systems are an investment, and as a home or business owner the last thing you want to be doing is worrying about maintenance or experiencing a complete breakdown. Our maintenance program is for regular servicing of both domestic and commercial air conditioning units.
The first step is to carry out a comprehensive assessment and service of your air conditioning systems. Following this, we can design a customised contract specifically for you. Contracts go for 12 month, and automatically roll over unless we are advised otherwise in advance.
You will receive a reminder prior to each scheduled maintenance visit, and your system details will be logged on our database, so we have a record of any issues or repairs which have been carried out.
Why Choose Regular AC Maintenance?
Maximise Efficiency and Longevity
Regular air conditioning maintenance offers numerous benefits, from improved energy efficiency to enhanced performance. Here’s how our services keep your system running smoothly
Filters
Filters need constant cleaning. Cleaning is necessary due to the build-up of dust and other particles absorbed by the mesh housed between the supply unit and the conditioner. Some air conditioners will require replacement filters on occasion due to serious wear and tear.
Refrigerant
Any leaks in your refrigerant coil can be patched up with sealant. This is only a temporary fix, however, and most air con repairmen will recommend replacing the entire coil. Leaks in the refrigerant run down the levels quickly, which can result in your ac unit blowing too hot and
burning up.
Drainage
(Cleaning) – Just like the filter, the drain line can become blocked with detritus floating in the outflow of liquid to outside. If a blockage becomes too serious, it can cause backflow up the pipes and leaks in and around your air conditioner. Regular cleaning is needed.
Motor
(Breakers, fuses and capacitors on the motor and worn contractor) – Breakers and fuses safeguard the unit’s motor and compressor from receiving a current that is too strong and that can result in overheating. The breaker and fuses are smaller components of the motor, so replacing them is considered repair work.
Condenser Coils
(Cleaning) – Condenser coils are located outside in the air supply unit, so they can become dirty following bad weather. They can usually be hosed down, but if they get too dirty, they may require cleaning with chemicals.

In addition to this, we are devoted to ensuring transparency among all stakeholders, both internal and external, while simultaneous encouraging openness and fairness, without compromising customer satisfaction in any way.
Refrigerant
Refrigerant is compressed liquid that cools the air supply provided to your home by your AC unit. It is slowly dispersed in the process of cooling your home over the years and will eventually require replacing.
Compressors
The compressor applies force to the refrigerant and propels it through the evaporator and condenser coils to transform heat in the atmosphere into cool air flow. If the compressor is not working, your air conditioner will fail to cool your house and will eventually seize – replace immediately.
Evaporator Coils
Evaporator coils absorb heat in the air and send it back as cold air. These can become corroded if located outside. Evaporator coils should be checked and, if necessary, replaced every three years.
